Malcolm's journey into the world of storytelling began when he won a speaking competition, impressing everyone with an emotional presentation of his upbringing. Growing up in New Jersey as the second oldest of six children in a single-parent home, he faced challenges like moving between different homes and dropping out of high school. However, his unwavering dedication to serving and compassion for others propelled him into a fulfilling career in ministry. Although he later transitioned to grants administration,

his passion for powerful storytelling never faded. 

Understanding the importance of education, Malcolm earned his GED, achieved an associate degree in 2011. In 2023, he proudly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a stellar 4.0 GPA from the University of Cincinnati—Go Bearcats! Malcolm believes that everyone has a journey worth sharing, and our challenges are merely stepping stones along the way. This empowering perspective drives him to teach, speak, and uplift audiences, helping them discover their purpose and realize how their unique stories can create meaningful changes for themselves, others, and their communities.
